I design experiences, in business and in art.

I care about what people go through: what they experience, how it feels, and what stays with them after the journey ends.

In business, that means products, services and identities. In art, it means technological experiences where images become something else, like a tool that turns photographs into 3D-printed sculptures.

Knowledge holds it all together. I make informed decisions: I read the literature and do design research with the people involved. After a creative leap I go back to the literature to name what I found. What is studied and what is lived both count.
